1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “customer”, or “user”) and Struct (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating from Anjaiah nagar Road, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085, India. They apply to browsing, account registration, and every order placed on our online store. Additional policies may apply at checkout (for example, payment provider terms); where they conflict with these Terms for store-specific matters, these Terms control between you and Struct.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate name, contact, and delivery details; we may cancel or delay orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or undeliverable.

You may browse many parts of the store without an account. Features such as order history, saved addresses, or wishlist may require registration. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on Struct are provided for shopping guidance. We aim for accuracy, but colours, packaging, and minor details may vary. Prices are shown in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before you complete checkout.

Stock levels can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, a wait for restock where reasonable, or a cancellation with refund of amounts already paid for that item.

4. Orders and confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation (email or in-app) or when payment is successfully captured and the order status moves beyond pending, whichever applies to your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, or compliance reasons.

You are responsible for reviewing cart contents, shipping address, and totals before confirming payment. Order IDs shown in your account or confirmation emails are the reference for support requests.

5. Payment

We may offer online payment (for example card, UPI, or net banking via our payment partners) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where enabled for your address and order value. Online payments are processed by third-party providers; their security and authorisation rules apply in addition to these Terms.

For COD, additional charges may apply if disclosed at checkout. Failed, reversed, or incomplete payments may result in cancellation. You agree not to dispute legitimate charges for delivered goods except through our returns process or as allowed by law.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses we support within India and any regions listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guarantees; delays can occur due to courier networks, weather, festivals, or incorrect addresses. Title and risk for goods typically pass on delivery to the address you provide, subject to applicable law.

Orders at or above ₹500.00 may qualify for free shipping where that promotion is active and displayed on the site. Below that threshold, shipping fees shown at checkout apply. You must ensure someone can receive the parcel; failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping costs or cancellation per courier rules.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our customer-facing return window is summarised as: 10 days return policy. Eligible returns generally require unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase, unless the product is defective or not as described. Some categories (for example personal-care, perishable, or final-sale items) may be non-returnable when clearly marked.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; COD refunds may use bank transfer or store credit as arranged with support. You may cancel an order before it ships, subject to payment-capture and packing status. Once shipped, the returns process applies instead of cancellation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Struct storefront — including logos, text, product photography, layout, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and ordering.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unauthorised access, malware, automated abuse, scraping that harms performance, false orders, payment fraud, harassment of staff, or any activity that violates Indian law. We may investigate and cooperate with authorities where required, and we may refuse service when we reasonably suspect abuse.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The storefront is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struct is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Where liability is not excluded, our aggregate liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Indian law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, courts in Telangana (with jurisdiction connected to Hyderabad) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Struct, without prejudice to your right to seek remedies in other forums where the law so requires.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new visits and new orders. Material changes that affect existing unfulfilled orders will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
